    It would be very nice to just turn any virtual instrument track into audio, and save CPU and memory with one click.

    Solo + bypass plugins from master + decide what to do with the sends + bounce in real time is a big NO-NO.

    Of course this should be implemented alongside offline bounce, so we can have faster than realtime freeze.
